It’s mostly study and you can feel the quality. However, the mag safe part is not super strong, if I drive through a bump, sometimes my phone falls off. I couldn’t find anything else better than this, so this is a pretty good phone mount.

I'm not convinced by the vent claw. I think back hook plus tensioner means no problems later. This one is more of a tight rubbery grip plus a prayer. The magnet is OK, nothing special. The cord could be a bit short for a concealed installation if your nearest socket is in the armrest, like mine. Other than that it's compact and clean, and time will tell how durable. Just wish they had a black version, like most car interiors, I guess, so it doesn't stick out as much.

Although this is not the most low profile MagSafe charger you can buy, having tried and returned uncountable wireless chargers in my cards, this is the best.

I have no cons for it. Seriously.

The Pros?

- The rubber feet that connect to the vents are very strong and sturdy with no vibration and bare minimum shake of the phone - even larger ones like the S24 Ultra

- And the MOST important of all, the firmness of the ball joint connection to the charger is the BEST I have tried to date. Neither my iPhone 14 Pro Max or the S24 Ultra have managed to droop the thing down because of their respective weights - even over long drives.

Belkin have done such a good job at this, I purchased 3 - 2 chargers and one is an unpowered one for the passenger side.

Works perfect but is on the heavy side, so if you have a/c vent fins that are not strong, it will not hold in place and will tip downwards.

I have no idea how I survived without this before, now when I trade cars with my son I’m lost without it! One drawback is when the heat is on it blows directly on the phone (I drive a lot) so after hours blowing on my phone won’t charge
